Have you ever seen an eagle chase an osprey, until the osprey drops a fish it's carrying and the eagle, swooping in below, catches it in mid-air? Or watched a dragonfly emerge from the back of a dull brown bug that just crawled out of a river? These are some of the amazing experiences our guests have had on our raft supported hikes along the Wild and Scenic Rogue River.
Join KS Wild and American River Touring Association (ARTA) on their 6th annual trip together down the Rogue River Trail. ARTA’s friendly, helpful guides will ferry all the heavy stuff in the rafts, and provide us with three delicious, nutritious meals a day. You will always have the option to shorten your hike and spend half the day floating downriver in one of the rafts.
KS Wild will provide you with the nature nerds to point out the amazing plants, geology, and other wonders along the trail, and a pocket guide with map and points of interest, to keep and carry with you.
